The public establishment « OSC - the Center of Optimal Decisions » is based in Klaipeda in 2006

OSC task is - to organize capable specialists of different spheres, which can to propose economic and rational decisions.

OSC purposes are - to stop Lithuanian youth migration to other European countries, to induce their participation, mastering finances of structural funds of the Europe in projects preparing and realizing, to give youth opportunity in work with teachers (with experts in their sphere) to absorb their experience.

OSC cooperation - we invite establishments to cooperate with us, offering services and together mastering finances of structural funds of the Europe. Our center will prosecute works in searching for clients and projects administration.

OSC database - we have collected data for 20 necessary specialists who services you can use. We invite all interested persons to participate in selection, and to become this establishment service provider.

OSC network - from 2005 year in Lithuania and Europe we search for adherents, creating service providers network. At present their number is already more than thousand.

OSC public relations - our establishment activity is directed not only toward business, but also to society, inviting to involve public in realization of prosecuting projects.

OSC activity is - constantly to form working groups, to create an infrastructure of business cooperation, to support creative processes of new technologies, and also to introduce innovations, to purvey services of consultation and to carry out projects.


OSC advice - we are ready to become also advisers in questions of the government and administration.
